Women's Complaint Committee
Women’s Complaint Committee is meant to safe guard and promote well being of all
women employees of an organization. It takes care of all complaints on sexual harassment
of women at workplace and action taken for redressal of complaints. It also takes
care of any act or conduct by a person in authority and belonging to one sex which
denies equal opportunity in pursuit of carrier development or making the environment
at workplace hostile or intimidating to a person belonging to other sex, only on
the ground of sex.

The above Committee
shall attend the complaints as per guidelines prescribed by the Government of India
and also in the Code of Conduct recommended by the National Commission for Women
and Shall observe norms laid down in this regard and shall prepare an Annual Report
with full details of its activities during the previous year and shall forward a
copy thereof to the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor for onward transmission to respective
agencies.
